I am an independent cake maker based in the mid Devon market town of Crediton. I specialise in creating bespoke wedding and occasion cakes, and have traded as Hat-a-Cakes since 2012.
I freshly prepare every cake in my kitchen to order and I strive to use British and local ingredients where possible. I always use locally sourced free range eggs, British sugar, British butter and British Shipton Mill flours.
Fillings and Decorations
Where appropriate, I also prepare my own jams, preserves and curds to use within my cakes.
Cakes can be covered with either Sugarpaste or Swiss meringue, German or British buttercream.
